After buying item which is not to be compatible, the request for return cost is the buyer responsibility.

Customs
1. Custom Tax
According to Ebay Policy, Custom tax/ Duty/VAT are under Buyer’s responsibility.
If your local customs charge for the customs tax/ Duty /VAT/ Brokerage Fees/ Handling Fees,
The buyer will have to pay for it.
So before purchasing, please check the tax rate with your local custom .
I also try my best to reduce the tax or duty according to your request.
Due to the custom tax or duty, if you reject the package, I will charge for the shipping cost and 5% (of total price) handling fee
2. In Holding in your local custom
If your parcel is held in your local custom, you will have to contact your local custom and post office.
If you need the document to clear the customs, please contact me that I will provide any documents after checking with my courier.
If the parcel returned due to refusal to pay import tax or unsuccessful delivery (e.g. insufficient address information, no such receiver, etc),
I will charge for all Shipping cost and 5% of total price.
Return policy
Any issue to return, You can return it to me within 14 days receipt of your item , Before returning, please contact us immediately via ebay message
so that Our customer service team will gladly contact you for further arrangement upon your request.
Here is the steps for return, Refund is applicable according to below condition 1,2

In refunding, initial shipping cost will be deducted.
1) ALL accessories must be unused; ALL accessory packages must be unopened.
2) ALL items must be intact and undamaged (except for defects in manufacturing).
3) Items must be in good conditions with all original accessories, manuals, and packing materials.

In refunding, an restocking and admin fee of the item price plus initial shipping cost will be deducted
1) Some accessories were used; ALL accessories in the package were be opened.
2) Some items were damaged (except for defects in manufacturing).
-Any missing parts or damaged items will result in rejection on the return.
In case of any defectives found, only defects in manufacturing are accepted as the reason of return.
-As soon as I receive the return product, Refund will be done.

I can’t believe it 3 days from South Korea. All tariff taken care of with this seller. NO EXTRA COSTS! I was toiling over the DJI mini Pro 5, and getting it before the ban. It arrived in perfect condition NIB. I got to fly it this weekend. It’s perfect. I can’t recommend this seller enough. The quality is like all other DJI drones. It looks perfect. No crashes yet.

Received the DJI Mini 5 Pro Fly More Combo RC 2 today. New in factory sealed box as advertised. The package was in transit for only 5 days. Packaging was excellent. I liked the fragile stickers that were on the box. Price was better than what I expected to pay. If your thinking of purchasing from this seller, you can purchase with confidence. Ordered the drone on a Sunday, and it was in my hot little hands on Wednesday. 3 days from s. Korea to the land of the red, white, and dystopian.
Did the activations and firmware updates and a quick test flight before the light went away. 👍🏽
Next day I did a proper flight and everything seems fine. Couldn’t be happier with the transaction.
Oh yeah, no extra customs charge either. $130 shipping is more than fair with no extra charge and with the speed of shipping.

I ordered on Friday 11/28 and it arrived just after noon Wednesday 12/3. That said, Korea to Western US shipping was impressively fast. The product that arrived was as advertised, in fantastic condition. One corner of the product box was dented the TINIEST little bit, but the fact that this is the only flaw I found is incredible. I haven’t had enough time with the drone to truly get a feel for it yet, but if I wanted or needed to purchase another drone, I would choose to use this seller again.

I received this drone in record time! 4 days from South Korea to CA and didn’t have to pay anything upon delivery, all that was required was drivers license and adult signature. The box was well packed with no damage and everything was new in original manufactures wrapping. I highly recommend this seller to anyone thinking about purchasing outside the US.
